By confirming a purchase with Stonewall Supply Company, every customer indicates that they agree to the following statements.
Customer Statement
- I am at least twenty-one (21) years old
- By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Stonewall Supply Company is not violating any state or local law or ordinance
- I am not under indictment for, nor have I been convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year of imprisonment
- I am not a fugitive from justice
- I am not addicted to, nor do I engage in the unlawful use of any controlled substance
- I have not been adjudicated as a mental ill and I have not been committed to any mental institution
- I am not an illegal or unlawful alien
- I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions
- I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship
- I am currently not subject to any restraining order
- I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
DISCLAIMER: By registering with Stonewall Supply Company, I confirm that I am of appropriate age to purchase ammunition and firearms and there are no local, state or federal laws prohibiting me from purchasing, receiving or owning ammunition or firearms.
Release of Liability and Agreement to Indemnify and Defend
I understand and acknowledge that I alone am responsible for how the product I purchased from Stonewall Supply Company is used by me and by any other party. I explicitly agree to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and pay to defend Stonewall Supply Company, its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting damages and/or civil liability or criminal prosecution arising from or related to the products I have purchased, to include but not limited to the use of the product, the storage of the product, and the transportation of the product. In the event that any other party files a claim of any kind against Stonewall Supply Company, I will indemnify and pay to defend Stonewall Supply Company, its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.
Jurisdiction
In the event that I choose to file a complaint against Stonewall Supply Company or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees, I agree that such a complaint must be filed within a court located in Tarrant County, Texas. I agree that any complaints filed within any other jurisdiction shall be immediately removed to a court within Tarrant County, Texas and I agree to reimburse Stonewall Supply Company, its owners, agents, officers, and employees for any costs they may each incur in defending against the complaint or effecting its removal until such time that the complaint is properly filed within a court located in Tarrant County, Texas.
Governing Law
I understand and acknowledge that Texas law will govern exclusively: my purchase and use of any products from Stonewall Supply Company, ; any information I receive from Stonewall Supply Company, ; any legal action instituted against me by Stonewall Supply Company ; and any legal action that I institute, or that someone else institutes as a result of my actions, against Stonewall Supply Company.
Class Action Waiver
I expressly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including but not limited to, litigation, arbitration, and mediation, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this express agreement, I acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of any right to bring federal, state, or local claims as any part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals, before a court or other tribunal.

Stonewall Supply Company is not responsible for any typographical or pricing errors, omissions, or any other errors on our website. We work very hard to avoid mistakes, but if you find an error please let us know. Stonewall Supply Company reserves the right to change content on our website at any time.
Shipping and Refunds
Shipping Destination Restrictions
Stonewall Supply Company does not ship outside the United States or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or the District of Colombia. To receive a product shipped from Stonewall Supply Company to California, Massachusetts, New York, or Cook County Illinois, the customer must provide the delivery address of a company registered as an FFL and a copy of the FFL. To receive an ammunition product in Connecticut or New Jersey, the customer must provide a copy of a state-issued ammunition certificate/ammunition ID and a scanned copy of a driver’s license. All documents may be sent by email to info@stonewallsupply.com when the order is placed.
Stonewall Supply Company will not ship to any area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law to ship a product. If the customer attempts to have a product shipped to a restricted area, the order will be canceled and the customer will be subject to paying a 10% cancellation fee. If you live in a restricted area, please write your Congressman expressing your concerns relative to laws that restrict your ability to purchase firearms and ammunition and violate your constitutional rights as an United States of America citizen.
Assumption of Shipping Liability
Stonewall Supply Company will take every reasonable course of action to ensure that your product is delivered quickly and safely. However, we cannot guarantee that the product will not be lost, stolen or damaged during or after the delivery process. After your product is received by the shipping carrier, you assume all responsibility for its safety and hereby explicitly release Stonewall Supply Company, from all liability and responsibility thereafter.
Order Cancellation and Changes by Customers
Because we seek to provide every customer with excellent customer service including quick shipping, orders may not be cancelled or changed after they are submitted. For the security of our customers, we are unable to alter any product information or credit card charges after an order is placed.
If a customer refuses to accept delivery of an order, Stonewall Supply Company cannot issue a full refund. We can offer either store credit or a partial refund, minus the cost of shipping (to the delivery address and back to us), plus a restocking fee equal to 10% of the total order.
Order Cancellation by Stonewall Supply Company
Stonewall Supply Company reserves the right to cancel any order. In the unlikely event that we choose to cancel an order, the customer will receive a refund of the full amount of the purchase.
Returns
Except in the case of manufacturing defect, we will not accept returns after the product has been delivered. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at info@stonewallsupply.com to initiate the return process. If the product is found to be defective, the customer will receive a refund of the full amount of the purchase.
